Himes Drilling Company, Inc. was founded by Bud & Peg Himes in 1955. The company was started in Nucla, Colorado and was moved to its current location of Grand Junction, Colorado, in 1964.

From 1955, the company prospered under the leadership of Bud and Peggy, until their retirement in 1994 and 1998, respectively. Their sons, Tim and Kevin, have taken charge - continuing the high work standards and quality assurance upon which the company was founded. |
